Adding caviar to ricotta? I think that's a questionable idea, to be honest. Or I don't know what you mean. I sometimes buy black caviar https://www.gourmetfoodstore.com/caviar/markys-caviar at the Gourmet Food Store, and it's very tasty on its own. It's expensive for me, so I definitely wouldn't mix it with ricotta or anything else.
