It's a a T20H Torx type or GTXH20-100, available from hardware stores, or places like Lowe's or Wal-Mart.
Some folks just break or bend the post in the middle, then insert a small flat head jeweler's screwdriver in the space between the post & outer edge of the hole. A sharp tap with a hammer will loosen them a bit.
Otherwise, you can use a hacksaw or Dremel tool to cut a groove in them, then use a flat head screwdriver to remove them.
Just be sure that any special grounding screws get put back where they were to ensure proper grounding of the case, an important protection from shock hazard in rare cases of internal wiring breakage.
The Dacor DCM24 is essentially a rebranded Sharp R930A and I have the full service manual here at my site.
As to what's wrong with it, I would say your secondary interlock (bottom door switch) has failed.
The service manual will cover it, but there's additional info here: http://www.microwavedisplay.com/doorsw.txt
The best place to order Sharp parts is Tritronics.
