Basically -no. If you could get a reset chip for it, you could probably carry on using the original drum for some time. For example http://www.tonerstop.com.au/konica-minolta-bizhub-c353-bundled-set-of-4-compatible-drum-chips
push down, slide out, pull tapes and fixtures off new unit(s) and replace. These IU's have chips in them to keep track of life. Another option instead of replacing the unit is to buy just the chip and replace it on the old image unit. This depends on the condition of the existing unit(s).

Cyan Image Unit (Blue) Pull out cyan image unit not the cyan toner, Shake the image unit along the axis of the unit we want developer and toner spread evenly along the entire image unit. Then re-install. Reset code by closing and opening image unit door, not toner door. Worse case replace the image unit you do get bad ones.

Check to see if you waste toner recycling for the cyan is working or being blocked. Check the transfer bias roller next to the cyan drum. Return you cyan imaging unit for a warranty replacement. Check for obstructions to the cyan developing unit. Check that the cyan IU was put into the machine properly. Check for toner leaking from the entrance to the developing unit or from the toner cartridge.
