I adopted a 3year old sonoran desert tortoise who refuses his burrow. He will hang out under a couple of bushes or tonight he was just tucked up along the side of my home. No shelter at all.

I have tried putting him in his burrow at night after he is a sleep but that has not worked. I have had him 3 weeks

Animals have their own preferences. Let him do what he is comfortable doing, and stop trying to force him to do something he does not want to do, and is obviously uncomfortable with.

SOURCE: cooling

First, check to see if the light comes on or if there is any fan, motor, or other sound coming from the appliance? If so, the refrigerator isn't really completely stopped--go to the specific problem you are having. If not, try adjusting the thermostat to a colder setting. If that doesn't work, read on.
If there is power to the appliance but it still seems to be stopped, there may be a problem in one or more of these:

  • Wiring

  • Thermostat

  • Defrost timer

  • Compressor
  • If yu can hear some sound of a fan then the compressor is working..As for the other devices you have check for open circuits..Report what you found so that we can trouble shoot..

SOURCE: 1320n marks along left side of paper

repetitive defects are caused by either a ding on the drum in the toner, a scratch or dirty transfer roller, or scratched or dirty heat roller in the fuser, Last but not least is dirty exit roller. the first step to any print quality defect is to cahnge the toner cartridge. Good Luck!

    SOURCE: my iphone hanged up!

    1. Turn on your iPhone (in my case it would only get as far as displaying the Apple logo
    2. Hold the power and home buttons down (the iPhone will power off after 10 seconds, but keep holding those buttons down)
    3. After the iPhone powers off, release the power button (but keep holding the home button down)
    4. After a couple more seconds, you should hear that magical “ding dong” that means the iPhone is coming back alive, and that Windows has detected it. You may even see a little “New hardware” popup in Windows. It is now safe to release the home button, and your iPhone is in DFU mode.
    5. Now iTunes will see it as a DFU’ed iPod and should ask you to automatically restore its firmware.
    6. iTunes has to download the new firmware, and it takes a while, so go make a sandwich.
    7.jailbreak your iphone and unlock.

Where are the Tv buttons located on my digital Bush 50inch

Most modern TV's now use the remote for All of it's functions. The buttons on the actual TV will be somewhere on the edge of the TV body. Look at the back of the TV. There should a set of 2 or 3 small push buttons on the lower left or lower right outer corner of the back panel. If they are not there slide your fingers along the bottom edge of the TV. Sometimes the buttons are 'tucked' underneath the Name badge on the bottom, middle edge of the TV.

How often should the control arm bushings be replaced on a Audi TT 2001?

depends on the road conditions traveled and driver attitude
most bushes will last over 100,000 klm or 100,000 miles but a wheel alignment will be a good guide as to control arm problems
Many shops insist on tire rotation but smart operators refuse this because tire wear is an indication of alignment, control arm bush problems and shocky failures that tire rotation masks
however have an accredited suspension shop professional put it on a hoist ( wheels hanging down0 and check for torn rubbers in the bushes
also check the rear bushes at the same time as rear tire alignment is critical to good front alignment

    Otters river

River otters can be found all across the United States except for in the desert and the Florida Keys. They live in both freshwater and slightly salty, brackish habitats. As their name suggests, they inhabit rivers, but they also inhabit lakes, as well. River otters choose their habitat based on how much food and shelter they can find. As a result, their habitat can change depending on the season. For example, they will move from temporarily flooded marshes to cypress swamps that have permanent ponds. They make their dens in bank burrows, under trees and stumps, or in thick vegetation.

An image of what they look like is attached.
