Why my Honeywell 2000w goes in overload without to plug in anything

is anything plugged into the gen when you reset it?
If so unplug everything and try again.
If not, it is an internal problem with the inverter.

Remove the jamming material piece-by-piece, bit-by-bit.

Sounds like tstat issues. Turn power off, take pictures of wiring, replace stat, turn power on. Good Luck!!

Check the start and overload relay if the compressor isn't doing anything that's the first thing I'd try. Usually the overload goes out. Is the white one plugged in over the start relay. Take them both off and shake them. If they rattle replace both. If only one rattles replace the one only. When it's the compressor there isn't much else you can do if the relay and overload aren't bad you can try a 3 in 1 starter but I wouldn't keep using it. Use it to get the compressor running again then reinstall the relay and overload.
