Anyways, I have a little stupid set top box from them, and a remote from Comcast. On the friggen bottom of the remote is a stupid little button called "LANG". I press it, and it says ENG or SPA on the bottom left of my TV screen. When it's showing SPA, the annoying narration happens. Sheesh, it annoyed the hell out of me for the longest time.

3. press classic view
4. press ease of access
5. press on Use the computer without a display . optimize for blindness.
6. Make sure noting is checked here, there should be no check on turn on narrator, make sure everything is turned off. then apply / save and close.
it should have stopped by now, if not restart the computer.
Make sure you pressed save and then on the X on top right corner of the window.
