Hello. first of all the dryer drum is supposed to spin counter clockwise.
if you are not exhausting air you have to pull the dryer out from the wall, remove the vent pipe and thoroughly inspect both the pipe and the innerards of the dryer for lint blockage. if you have a long vent pipe and can't see the entire length slide a dry garden hose through it after you remove the vent pipe cover on the out side.
