If compressor is running and it gets hot and the unit does not cool the compressor is bad or you have a leak in the system. if you see oil there's a leak.
the top fan is not suppose to run all thetime only when its too cold and the heater kicks then the top fan will come on,you probley have a leak in the system
if the motor are running the gas level are too low . if the motor are not running check the thermostat. if there are power by the motor and stil not running then it is the motor
Once I figured out there were black plastic caps covering the screws holding the inside back panel in place, it was an easy fix. The cooler is now up and running. Thank you for giving me the $10 incentive to figure it out myself.
