My screen is broken so i cant see anything but it still plays. problem is its stuck on radio and i cant get to my songs. if i turn it off and then back on how do i get to my songs?

Hi. my JVC RC-EX30 reads the CD I put into it but it wont play the songs. so the "reading eye" can't be broken so what is?

There may be a hair stuck in the sled transport gear (the sled is the part of the mechanism that moves the laser assembly and tracks the the song as it plays)

You might have to hold the power button down for like 20-25 seconds and if that doesnt work what I would recommend you to go to the sandisk site to update the firmware on your device or you can contact sandisk to they can help you with updating the firmware on your device..Please follow the link below to get the firmware

My sandisk stays frizen on da fm radio screen and it wont turn off

download some new songs? might just be the screen. see if you can play songs (blind navigation).

Sansa c140 screen frozen

Try a "hard reset". Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to shut off. With the device off, press and hold the vol + and the center select button. Power it back on, see if that works. You can add to the question if you have more questions. Best of Luck.

recovery mode. slide the hold switxh so that is is redish hold record keep holding record and plug into computer.

Does the battery need replacing? My screen is cracked and it appears the battery discharges quicker than normally. For now, I check the voltage on my rechargeables before installing them so that I know they are good. Try putting one song on to see if that will play?
