I had an outfit that the wires were too short and if there is enough length cut the wire and get a longer piece of wire. and solder it together. taping the open wire.
I had one I took the connector that goes on the battery and fastened on a longer wire and soldered them together. Only do this if you understand what you are doing.

SOURCE: I need 3 light bulbs for a 3 million candle power
Hello! I have a marinepro, 12-volt, 3 million candle power spotlight (mpn #MPAT-996). I found out that the manufacturer is RoadPro (866) 622-7979. After contacting them, they said the replacement bulb is an "H3 12v (volt) 100w (watt) and can be found in the Walmart camping section or should be available at any car parts store. I'm going to go to Walmart to find mine. Hope this helps others!

ross_kim, I have the 3 Million Candle power unit, too. Man, it's like waking around with automobilehigh beams on! Daylight at midnight! Anyway, regarding replacement source for Vector Spot battery "SEL DMU6-6": CarlGlas's advice points to a slightlydifferent and inferior product: you had 6ah, the suggestion provides 4.5ah. I found this replacement: the Tempest TR6-6 at BatterySpec @http://www.batteryspec.com/cgi-bin/cart.cgi?action=link&product=313. (I suggest avoiding their TR6-6A for Vectors Spotlights: it's a littlebigger, and may not fit. Also, BatterySpec suggests the Tempest 5-6A as anequivalent for the original "SEL DMU 6-6"; that's only equivalent if5ah=6ah. Caveat Emptor) You can see the actual specs on this product at (themanufacturer) Tempest's web site: http://www.tempestbatteries.com/html/tr6-6.html. This seems to be a virtually identical battery as Vector'soriginal "SEL DMU 6-6" in every way butone. Vector's battery had one F1 (.187"wide) terminal, and one F2 (.250" wide) terminal. On the BatterySpec's Tempest, both terminalsare F1. This was no problem: the Vectorlamp's leads snap snug and secure over both terminals. I paid $10.90, plus $10.13 shipping, ordered on Saturdaymorning 10/23, got a shipping confirmation from their San Jose CA warehouseMonday evening 10/25, and received it in Virginia on Monday morning11/1/2010.

I have this same light and have lost the charger. can anyone tell me where to get one. Thank you
SOURCE: I have a victorlite 1.5
If the voltage and tip polarity of your replacement charger matches the charging port on your spotlight, there's no reason why it shouldn't work as a substitute for your original charger. Note, however, that if your original charger was more powerful (say, 1.5 amps instead of the 1-amp charger you have here), it will take noticeably longer to fully charge your spotlight than the original charger took. it's not a problem if the original charger had a lower mA rating than the replacement in your hand--the spotlight will sip an appropriate amount of juice from the charger.
