The cantilever shelf trims are easily removed
by placing the shelf on a flat work
surface. Raise the front of the shelf, grasp
the right underside of the front trim, and pull
toward you. Next, remove the glass from
the rear trim and remove trim. see if this helps

The above answer is only HALF right. The blue clips have to be removed to lift the shelf up and pull it toward you.
To remove the clips:
1. Get a screw driver or something to get behind the clip.
2. Slide it behind the clip and slowly pry it toward you.
3. Repeat for the clip on the other side.
4. Do the above; lift the shelf slightly and pull it toward yourself.

This happens when the racks get too close to the evaporator. Or bottles. You can try to use hot water but usually you will need to buy new racks for the unit.
You should follow my exact instructions in order to clean your
wine cooler properly.
1.
Unplug your cooler and remove all
items from it.
2.
Clean the inside surfaces with a mild
cleaner (I recommend you to mix water and soda).
3.
Clean the wire shelves.
4.
Clean the wooden shelves.
5.
Wash the outside of the cooler.
6.
Dry any wet part with a soft cloth.
