It's a printer Main Board Problem, maybe you can try to make a FW Update. When the problem is still their after the FW Update you have to call the service.

you can try to print it as an image, but it will take longer to print it, sometimes the mallfunktion okures when the printer driver is not correkt installed, then you need to remove the driver from your computer and reboot it before you install it new, hope this solfe the problem.
The pickup roller is loaded with paper dust. You can try cleaning it with alcohol and a swab, but to clean all the rollers in the paper path, get some cleaning sheets from an office supply store. They are sticky on both sides. Run it through a couple of times.
