Bizhub c451 shows print ready but no sound of print and not printing from any tray. There is no error code and on the screen everything seems to be fine but not printing or any sound of printing. I have changed the main board, tray board and memory but issue still exist. please i need urgent help

You will need to go to the printers folder under Start, settings, & select the C252, right click on it, select properties & go to the 'Option' tab.
In here input the C252's IP address into the 'printer name or IP address' field and select gather option information.
Once done you will need to apply the settings and ok.
If you dont know the IP address you can get it by going into Utility, user settings, print reports, config page.
You should now be able to select the correct trays without errors.

there are two ways you can rea\set the ip address you can press utility counter administrator password is 12345678 the go to network ip address and you can chane it there if you know the ip address you can browse to the machine and log in as administrator and go to network and reset there
