To run more than one TV from your cable box you need a splitter connector to split the output from the cable box to the two TV's.

Do a full reinstall of the cable system onto the TV.?

1. Ensure that your Samsung Smart TV is connected to the Internet.
2. On your Samsung Smart remote, press the Smart Hub button to go to the Samsung Home screen.
3. Scroll to and select Apps, and then select the Magnifying Glass icon.
4. Enter Spectrum TV, and then select Done.
