SOURCE: how do i remove the
Hi,
The voice over settings are usually an option in the subtitle / closed caption menu. On many TVs they can also be switched on and off using a specific button on the remote control. This is often as simple as pressing a button on your remote marked "SUBTITLE" "CC" or "CAPTION". If you can locatte one of these buttons on your remote it should switch off the voice over.
However, the method for switching these on and off varies from one brand to another and from model to model. Please let me know the brand and model number of your TV and I will provide specific instructions for switching the voice over on and off for your TV.

Press and hold the "1" key to call into your AT&T voice mail.
Enter the default passcode (your seven-digit telephone number--not including the area code) using your keypad.
Press "4" to access the "Personal Options" menu. Press "2" to enter the "Administrative" menu, and then press "1" to change your passcode. Enter the default passcode, and then enter your desired passcode. Listen to the playback for verification.
Wait until you are returned to the main menu. Press "4" for "Personal Options," and then press "3" to change your greeting.
Press "1" to change your "No Answer/Busy" greeting, or press "2" to change your "Extended Absence" greeting. Follow the voice prompts to record your personal greeting (this replaces the standard "answering machine" recording).
