Sadly, unless you actually own Microsoft word, I cannot legally give you a key for free. There really is no legal way to obtain a free key (aside from working as a promotion or something of that type). However you can get it for far less if you have a student email address (.edu), or you could try getting another trial for office 2010. I know that being stranded with a trial and such is not exactly fun, but legally there is now way to get you a free key. However, there are a few very good free alternatives that might hold you over until you decide whether or not to buy office. You might like some of them enough that you do not feel the need to purchase a new office suite.
Google docs is one alternative. You just have to sign into your google account, and the program is free. It is not the best or most feature-filled, but it is functional, and stores your documents online so you always have access to them.
You might also try Microsoft's version of Google docs, also free. This might feel more familiar to you if you are used to Microsoft word and such.
Probably the best free, desktop-based office suite is open office. It does not look as good as Microsoft office, but can do many of the same things. Of course, the best part is that it is free.
I really do hope that helps!
