My x40 is giving me a volume control off message

Hello, all of the vocals are supposed to be coming from your center speaker,it may be turned off(check the units menu) speaker might be disconnected.,volume might be set too low as each speaker has a individual volume control in the menu.

The PWM amp ics are bad. If you have a dc voltage on speaker terminal thats it.

the default codes for things like that are usually the same for all products depending on the length of the code
for e.g if it was 5 digits long try;
12345.....or 00000

What is the color of the Select/OK button on your Comcast remote: is it red or grey?

sometimes the volume control and the channel changer buttons is your remote to move thignd right to left and up and down.

you may need to make a free account..i have a Samsung too and there is a tiny set and reset hole like thingy at the bottom of it..i reset it using a pen tip..do look for something like that on yours..hope it helps!
