The temp controls can be accessed from the front panel. Factory preset should be 37'f for the fridge and 0'f for the freezer. If you hold the temp button for 3 seconds it will let you see, and adjust both sections.

I'm not trying to be a smart ***,but a lower temperature setting would make it colder.Try using a higher temperature setting.If this was just a poor choice of words you may need to replace your thermostat.

I am sorry I am not a top refrigerator expert. It sounds like there is a way to reset that. You most likely hold down two buttons for a period of a few seconds.
Sorry I don't have the time to search the net for that particular manual or way to reset that board. If you have no luck by tomorrow try me then.

Check the freezer temperature with a separate fridge thermometer.
It could be a fault with the sensor in the freezer - which can be replaced.

OFF indicates that the Temperature Control is switched Off.
Pressing the Up or Down Buttons should change the display back to the Temperature Display and allow you to set the required Temperature.
