the part number for the kit is 8201756 it replaces the plastic part that broke off inside the chute area with a stainless plate that can be put in with the double sided tape or with stainless sheet metal screws it is not that hard to install either way, there are instructions in the kit that will tell you how to install the kit

fixed it with this solution haha damm dual! i took it apart it's not that hard just keep note of what goes back where took off that spring and glued back the piece i did not put back the spring i just put it back together and it worked fine and has been ever since, the spring is way too tight for this it's def a design flaw but if you want to save 125 bucks just do it yourself......also make sure not to dislodge any other springs especially the one right behind where your working its a hassle to put back trust me....now go fix the damm thing

Remove the dispenser cover by gently prying starting at the bottom going round and round a little at a time to prevent from breaking it. When it's off the screws will be exposed to access the other components.
