Kecia, where are you putting in the coolant, that is where you want to add distilled water. Save yourself some trouble and buy premixed coolant then you do not have to add water. If not using premixed coolant, mix coolant and water 50/50, or half distilled water half coolant before you pour it in cooling system. It also sounds like you are having a overheating issue which you should have looked at sooner then later. Check the attached links,instruction and guides, Good luck

Mixing Coolant from concentrate

sounds like an air pocket in your cooling system need to bleed system and add missing coolant

if its bubling open your coolant filer to the radiator and pour some water in there and wait for it to cool down for a couple of hours then open your radiator with a rag or something just to make sure and then add some water in your radiator and you should be just fine

same as all the others, through the dipstic tube

replace coolant fluids and oil and add more water

The bulb socket is probaly coroded replace the bulb socket

through the tube is measured where the oil level

Replace the belt at 100k with a new water pump pulley and tensioner. It would not be a bad idea while u r in there to replace the center motor mount. When the mount fails it is a pricey fix not a bad Idea to replace it since you have to remove it to do the belt.

check to see if the serpantine belt is still there. It sounds like like it broke. this belt runs all of the accesories on the vehicle including the water pump. So if this happened it probably starting running hot too

Check your oil dipstick for coolant, or a mucky substance. Your symptoms sound like a blown head gasket.
