It appears that the Bytecc 4K2K LPCM 7.1 Extractor may not be fully compatible with the ARC (Audio Return Channel) feature on your ONN Roku 40 TV. Here are a few suggestions to potentially solve the issue:

I would try and search and loom on the official companies website of the manufacturer brand for your TV and see if there is a manual.

The HDMI switcher IC chips in TVs can be damaged but lighting hits near you house even if the power is protected with a surge protector. The damaging power comes in through the HDMI port and blows the chip out and it can affect just one port or multiple HDMI ports. Your best bet would be to just get a cheap HDMI switcher and use the one working port. The repair on the TV would require placing the control board and would run from $75-150 for parts plus the labor to install it.

Plug an HDMI cable into it, then to an HDMI port on an HDTV that has this port.
X-Box, PlayStation, and Wi uses an HDMI cable, and plugs to this port on the laptop.

There are two HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) ports on your Television.Please refer the diagram below to know about the HDMI ports of your Sony Bravia KDF-46E3000.In the diagram the labeled ports numbered 6 and 7 are the two HDMI ports on your television.You can connect your TV with other devices which supports HDMI with an HDMI cable to view High Defenition videos.

That HDMI port is shorted and dying.Just don't used that HDMI port.That the cheapest and easy way,just by pass that HDMI port.Other wise than u have to spend like $130 -150 to buy a whole refurbish tv Tuner signal board for the replacement.Because those HDMI ports,dosen't have any indiviual sell by itself as HDMI port as part.

Check the hdmi cables be sure their in proper working condition, wiggle the cables around see if picture comes up. If not and the cables are good then the hdmi processor on the main board of your TV is defective. Alot of times hdmi ports tend to burn so see if you smell a burnt smell near or around the hdmi ports. but before you do anything be sure sure your TV settings are correct for hdmi....

Prizmo TV no universal remote codes work. I called RC Willey (where I purchased the Prizmo TV) to get a replacement remote for my Prizmo 19" TV. Customer service finally gave me a number for Red Rock Sourcing 1-702-252-5049. Red Rock took my Prizmo TV model number and they apologized for any inconvience. I told them no universal remote codes work for the Prizmo TV. Red Rock Sourcing is sending me a free replacement Prizmo remote by Fed-Ex. I hope this helps you.

To answer your question;
There is no hdmi input on your tv set.
You can still use the component input YPbPr for high definition though.
