I have a AIM 32" smart tv. I have tried everything to update the apps, but it's not working. I even tried downloading Netflix from the play-store, but even the new version does not work.

None of the apps are working and cannot be updated. I have tried finding answers or locating the suppliers web, but to no avail. I hope someone has an answer please.

First uninstall old driver from it. Go to start menu->control panel->add remove programs then uninstall it's driver. Also uninstall it's driver from device manager. Then download latest driver from below link then install. Click here Click on above link select os and download and install. Let me know if you need further assistance. Thanks for using FixYa.

Updates will come from netfix and hulu. look for update option when on those sites.

Go to settings>Apps/Application Manager>Select ALL>select Downloads/Download Manager>click enable.
Clear the recent apps and then restart.

Hi I am trying to install dstv now app on my AIM smart tv, but cannot find it on tge google play app. Can anyone please assist me?

Its quite unfortunate that the AIM smart tv cannot download and run the DSTV now from the app store on its own.
I think the easiest solution is to get an Android box for it and enjoy your favourite shows on DSTV. Or better yet contact customer support for the AIM tv and report this issue.

Just follow these steps if your Netflix is not working on Smart TV:
    1.Try pressing and holding the enter button on the Netflix icon while in the smart hub apps screen.
    2.You should get a sub menu, one of which the options should be reinstall.

Your netfix app you need to download to tv.
You need to turn smart app on tv, then find app store
Seaech thru app to find netflix and download to tv.
After downloadimg it will install on tv an you can use netflix.
Just input your name and password
