Hello do you have dhcp on your router or do you have static ip:n on your computers? sounds like you have same ipn on both computers. you should change it to DHCP. go control panel networks settings then rightclick on your connection and properties click tcp/ipv4 settings and properties, mark optain an ip address automatically, also set dns automatically.
hi there im wesley. ok it might be that the card is having trouble giving power to both the tv and monitor please make sure your power supply is powerfull enough and that there are no loose connections inside your box.
If you know how to service TV sets then you have to first determine if the problems in the HI voltage sweep circuit or the video. Try first to turn up the screeb control. If you get a white opicture then you have HI voltage so you have a video or video drive circuit problem. your going to need a service manual as well as an ocilliscope. to trouble shoot this set. if you dont understand what Im saying PLEASE call an experienced tech to assist you in this repair. good Luck
