For the updation of your mobile application there needed an internet connection on you mobile. Make sure that your mobile has internet activated . Go to mobile setting software version and there you will find software updation click it and you will get download option, download latest version and install it. Your latest version and updation has been done
try updating your mobile phone software. you can do it either from mobile or PC.
for updating from mobile menu>settings>settings>phone>update check for an available update in some mobiles also can be seen as menu>settings>phone settings>SW update
when updating from PC go to nokia pc suite/ovi suite >phone software update

there r 2 solutions for this problem....
1. Update ur mobile software using the latest Nokia Software Updater present in Nokia PC Suit (update).
This is ur own risk. U should have a stable internet connection and the
full charging of ur mobile battery as if ur mobile update is
interrupted, ur phone no longer works. So Be Careful.
2. Simple go to ur nearest nokia care center and give Rs.300/- if u
dont have warrent and get ur mobile updated. If u have warrenty, it is
