Connect a usb keyboard if you were using the one with pins or vice-vesa, Restart the computer and watch the lights on your keyboard if they blink while restarting. If it works, restart again while pressing F2 or Del to get to the BIOS settings. In the BIOS, go to Load Default/factory settings or values. Hit F10 to save and exit. Switch it off, re-connect your keyboard and mouse and restart. If all this doesnt work, I suggest that you put the Operating System Disk and repair it.
Maybe a wrong firewall setting, most routers have a pin sized hole at the back, stick a pin in this and hold it down for about 5 to 10 seconds whilst the router is on to reset it to its most default settings, restart the router and try again...hope this helps
