How do i set the time on a spc106 sharp alarm clock? I've tried everything... Sept of course the right way. Please help.

I am uncertain how to present this to you. Press the ALARM ON/OFF button to turn off the alarm.
If you want to turn on the alarm again, press the ALARM ON/OFF button once more.

I don't have a guide to the internals of this clock but here is a tear down of a similar model if you are game to explore the workings. You could go through that and maybe get an idea of how the systems work together. If you are unable to fix the problem, you will find the contact details for Sharp support in the manual. It's very easy to do. First, make sure the 2 little slider switches on the far right hand side that turn the alarms on and off, are in the "down" off position.
On that clock, just to the right of the large snooze button there are 5 small square buttons. Time, Fast, Slow, Alarm set 1, Alarm set 2.
Depending on which alarm you want to set, hold down that button and simultaneously push either the "fast" or "slow" button to the left of it. The numbers will move forward fast or slow depending on which button you're pressing. Keep an eye on the upper left corner to determine when you've gone past 12 noon - as the indicator for PM will light up.
Keep holding down the 2 buttons until you get to the time you want. Then immediately release the fast/slow button. Your time is set. Do the same for alarm 2 if needed. When finished, flip up the switch for the alarm you want to activate, and you're good to go. Piece of cake! It took me a few minutes to figure it out; but after doing it one time...it's easy. Hope that helps.
I love this old Sunbeam clock. Only problem is the alarm is not very loud and there's no way to raise the volume - short of connecting wires to the speaker and using a powered speaker. Cheers!

Hopefully you've figured this out by now, but if not then I hope this helps.

Alarm Setting - Press Mode twice to change the alarm time. Set switches between hour and minutes and Adjust changes the time. The alarm is on when there is a symbol at the top right on the display. Press and hold Set then press Adjust to toggle the alarm on or off.

Time/Date Setting - Press Mode three times to change the current date/time. Use Set to move between the hour, minutes etc and Adjust to change them, as with the alarm.

Pressing Mode once accesses a stopwatch function. Adjust to start/stop and Set to clear.

Touch STOP/CLEAR pad.
Touch TIMER/CLOCK pad.
Enter the correct time of day by touching the numbers above in sequence.
(for example: for 12:30, touch 1 2 3 0)
Touch TIMER/CLOCK pad again.

I need help setting the time zone on the sharp atomic clock model #spc364.

Following are the instructions for the RP5610 which looks very similar to the 4801A (that I also have). The only difference in the instructions is that the 4801A doesn't have a clock icon, just press the SET button until the center colon dots are flashing, Press the rewind or fast forward arrows on the circle next to it to set the time. Set the alarms by pressing the set button until bell 1 or 2 is displayed. Nap is also set with the set button - not sure how to stop it yet.

To set the clock:

1. Press the SET button until the clock icon is displayed (circle with hands at 10 and 2)
2. Press |<< REV or >>| FWD to set the time.
3. AM or PM icon will show besides the time.
   
   

At the top of the clock, there is four positions for the slider. The first is shown as a key, which I assume is the automatic time setting mode. The second is Wake 1, the third is Wake 2 and all the way to the right is a manual time setting mode. If you slide it all the way to the right, you can set the time, then either keep it in that mode or return it back to automatic mode. Either way, you now have the correct time displayed.
