My halex dartboard freezes up in mid game play. Can't reset it and buttons don't work

Is this it? The board used special darts, you can't use metal tipped darts.

if you have the crossfire from walmart with 90 game variations it's on the front of the battery cover, small text we couldn't find it either at first
