don't worry -the clunk noise is typical when changing gears on a Vespa 125 PX - it is due to a very old fashioned construction in the gearbox (1940ies) see pictures: you have to get used to that or change to a newer automatic type Vespa....
Try a different USB port if you can. Check the lighting, to make sure you do not have "low light" conditions, that will affect the picture in a similar way. Check the focus ring on the front to make sure it is set right.
The error you are getting refers to the cartridge movement. You need to open the printer so you can see the cartrige and the track it rides on. Make sure that the cartriges can move freely with no obstructions. If the cartridges can move freely and there is nothing blocking the path this will require a pro. If nothing is stopping the movement than another component went out that controls the movement of the heads.
When I looked up the error online it says this is a cleanig error and just to Make sure no obstructions are blocking the cartridge movement, if not needs service.

You need to have the crt px tubes checked for
heater to cathode shorts, a picture tube restorer is needed to refurbish one or all three
tubes to restore balance to tubes. Sony has a
px muting built into the circuitry to save the
tubes from being destroyed. If one tube is conducting more than one of the other two the
imbalance is detected and causes picture (px)
muting... blinking on & off the picture. Most
repair shops have this crt restorer on hand.
