To the right of the Select OS box, click on the blue Down Arrow.
Click on any Ol' operating system you want to. You are just going after the User Manual.
Wait a couple of seconds.
Scroll down a little.
Click on the + sign to the left of - Manual (26)
Scroll the page down. You also then have to scroll the inside blue scroll bar down, in order to see all manual files listed.

Click on the blue - Global
A small window will come up on the right -
Opening e4128_x58_x51_0819.zip
Make sure there is a Green dot, in the small circle to the left of Save File.
If there is no Green dot in the small circle; left-click in the empty small circle to the left of Save File.
Now go below in the window, and click on OK.
A small window will come up on the left.
Allow the file to fully download in this download window.
Then DOUBLE-click right on the file name.
In the next small window go to the far left, and click on -
Extract all files.
At the bottom of the next 3 small windows, click on Next, Next, and Finish.
Finally in the last window DOUBLE-click on the file name.
(It will be next to the red Adobe PDF icon)
[ A Zip file is used to send large amounts of information, more easily.
A Zip file is a compressed file.
It needs to be 'unzipped', or uncompressed.
If you have problems with WinZip, and time for use is over, I suggest just download the free 7-Zip.
