I need a replacement cord/plug for this model. The unit got pushed too far back on the counter and melted the plug. Can someone point me in the right direction?

No need to test – everything is in good working order. I just need a replacement cord/plug, as it melted from the vent being too close to the wall.

I received an Oster countertop convection oven as a gift but I cannot find a cord to it nor any place for a cord.

What ever setting I use Toaster, Pizza etc the oven runs for 3 minutes and stops and in the read out window E 1 comes on the screen

Unplug the unit for at least 30 seconds. Plug in, set clock. When making pizza punch in the time you wish it to run, such as "7:30" then "start". Watch carefully the first time to see how much time it takes to cook to your liking.

Broken timer knob

I had the same problem where the time knob broke. I filled in a claim form on the Oster Website and they answered within 3 days saying the timer knob was discontinued and no longer available. They proposed to replace the whole toaster-oven with another model 6073-33 which I received last week. I've to say that their customer service was amazing.

I just called Oster Service and the said to plug in the unit, hold the start button for 10 seconds and unplug the unit. My oven reset before I was able to try this, so let me know if this works for you.
