Probably a break in the power cord that connects and disconnects. These usually break near where the cable enters the unit as that is where the most flexing occurs. You may have to get an electrician or someone with a bit of knowledge to see if the cable is replaceable or if it can be cut back and refitted into the unit.

If you have not already, register your product with the company. And contact them regarding the malfunction. they should replace the part or the product if you send it in.

I had one that also quit. How long have you had it? I had a two year warranty on it, sent it back and got a new one. Call their customer service. They were great.

I was given a homedics percussion action handheld massager with heat. It won't work at all. It does nothing!

Check that you have power and that there is a lit LED when a massage attachement is put into the top. Otherwise check this link for further instructions and power issues.

I'm having a problem with my Homedics SBM 300H Massager. I was using it when it suddenly stopped, after hearing a faint "pop" sound from it. I tried re-plugging it in another outlet but still no...

Yes there was a short circuit and am sure the massager and the cpomputer where plugged in the sane extension box that was why there was loss of power when the massager stopped working. For the massager it is the fuse so get a new fuse for it.
