An RCD tripping means there is an "earth fault" Most likely one of the elements has failed. You may have to disconnect 1 element at a time to determine which element. If you have a multi meter , you should be able to locate it (With the power DISCONNECTED) from one of the power wire terminals of the element to earth. Get an Oven tech or sparkie in who knows what he is doing.

SOURCE: Neff U1410 main oven trips the main RCD. Occurs

I have a u1421 with the same problem! I notice the fan doesnt run too well, sometimes it doesnt run at all, needs a prod to get it running. I suspect with no fan, that the element gets far too hot, and then starts to leak to earth, tripping the RCD. I'm gonna try buying a new fan motor - you should ckeck if your fan is running full speed OK.

SOURCE: Hi there, The cooker trips the fusebox rcd,I

It is quite possible that it is the oven or grill element that is causing the problem.
You need to test them with a meter, to determine if they are o/k.
If you have no meter, then disconnect each one in turn, and try it again, this should isolate the problem.
Hope this helps you.

SOURCE: Hob on my hotpoint oven trips my RCD

It is either a faulty ring, or the regulator that controls it is faulty.
You really need a meter to test the ring with to be certain which part is faulty.
Hope this helps.

ISOLATE THE POWER TO THE APPLIANCE BEFORE OPENING
There are several electrical conponents that can cause an earth leakage, but usually there are temp control swithes shorting to earth, the internal of the componet brakes down and it is screwed to the metal chassis of the oven. When the temp gets too high this is ment to break connection, if it has went fauly it can pass current to earth causing your RCB to trip. Have a look to find the location it is usually a semi oval case with two terminals, you should have continuity through the two terminals as it is normally closed, check for impedance to the case with the component disconnected, is there is any conductivity, replace.
There are as I said before several things that can cause this, a faulty heating element is another, check them while you have the appliance open. Black Grey spots not carbon or food it should feel rough, or if not fully blown a small bulge on the metal. In order to do these test you will require a mulimeter, and some basic knowledge of electrics.
Hope this has been helpful

Tripping rcd out

you cannot
The RCD unit works on an imbalance between active , neutral and the ground wire
the problem can be as simple as a moist connection, insect across terminals , wet dust , grease
the test is done by an accredited electrician using a correct meter to check insulation, wiring installation , elements and controls
you have done your best , now it is time to get it done safely

Why does my Candy oven Model FPP 406/1x trip the RCD in my fuse box after 3 minits warming up?

as an appliance engineer sometimes the oven element can be at fault, although this always the case, it could be the thermostat also as they are both interplay when the oven is heating up, they could both be tripping the RCD as the earth is detecting that electricity is becoming live due to a component leaking electricity.
you could try replacing both of them with caution (turning the electricity off in the house ect.. using safety equipment)

a good site to use for those components is the following;

Spare Parts Accessories for Electrical Appliances QuickSpares

usually if they don't have the item in stock on the website you can use the contact option and they usually respond pretty quickly and let you know if they can get the item ( most likely )

I have a stoves cooker which was working fine until we upgraded to the seventeeth edition consumer unit and rcds. Now I have a negative earth fault.Rcd trips out, circuit is fine up to the cooker. Any...

The clue will be when the rcd trips out. If everything is switched off on the cooker with the exception of the clock when you power it up and then it trips out, it could be in the wiring to the oven from the control switch and or the wiring in the oven. The only way you are going to find this is to take the oven out of the housing and test the wiring, isolating components until you find the problem.

Every time i switch on electric in house trips off

This is most likely an electrical fault in the oven (or switch). As it is potentially dangerous - have it tested before using again.
The RCD trips out because an earth fault has occurred If it did not, the entire cooker may have become live- so it saved your life really.

It may not be as serious as this - when heating elements fail, they can short to ground -(the outside case of the element)
If this is the case - only one element will be at fault.
Test by switching on one element at a time - untill it trips again. In this case - replace that element.
