My computer does not recognize Craig cmp641f - Craig Audio Players & Recorders

First check to see if your player is video compatible,if it is;

There is a possible firmware problem.Visit your manufacturer's website to check for recent update for your firmware,download this update and install them on your player by connecting it to your system

If you do this it should clear all kinds of errors on your player

SOURCE: craig touch MP4 player and it is not recognized by computer.

try using media and click the sync tab
wait for the new device window
name it and your done

go to device manager and right click to uninstall the unknown device, then try to reattatch it after a windows update.

what is the problem with it?
