I can't get video to stream from my Android to my visio VA19L HDTV10T. I am using a micro to hdmi cord.I should just be able to plug it in & see what's on my phone on my TV screen. Only get no signal

You will need a HDMI cord and you will plug that into the computer and then into the USB on the tv.
