Please follow the below steps
Step 1: Towards the bottom of the screen you'll see 'Date and Time'. Tap that. You may need to scroll down to get to Date and Time as it is at the end of the list.
Step 2: Tap Set time and then use the scrollers to set the time. Tap Set date and then use the scrollers to set the date. In both cases tap Set when you are done.

You need to get a Windows 98, Windows ME, or Windows XP boot disk and boot your laptop. Ignore all messages and once at dos prompt, type the word "TIME" and set the time and hit enter. Then type the word "DATE" and then set the date. (You do not need to type the commands in capital letters)
As long as the current date and time are set correctly, the camera will always store the date with the picture. If you want to print the date with the picture, please refer to the documentation for whatever program you're using for instructions.
1)Press TIME/DATE and then SET (The first digit of the month will flash)2)Enter the month MM using the number keys.
(The first digit of the date will flash)
3)Enter the date DD using the number keys.
(The first digit of the year will flash)
4)Enter the year YYYY using the number keys.

5)Press SET to confirm the date.

Put Calculator on RATE SET
Press Time/date key: enter the date using a decimal between the month, day and year (all 4 digits) please the date/time button. It should reset. (Exmple: 01.16.2009)
For time:
Leave Calculator on RATE SET
Press Time/Date key until time shows up. just like date, press the hour then the decimal then the minute. (Example if the time is 10:15 you enter 10 . 15) Press the Time/Date Key and the time is set.

That's the 2nd time i hear that kind of problem. Your mboard battery is new, and you did not press "f1" at first start.
so i guess , the cmos time is not change, try go to the bios setup and load "bios setup default." after that change the time setting on the bios. please find time setting and set it with a current ime in your area. after setting press 'F10" to save and exit the setting, the system will restart.
