The amount of money was deducted from my bank account without my consent. the bank says it is not their problem.please help me get my money back

  • Anonymous Sep 01, 2021

ask them not us . ever. we are not A BANK. but can do Captain Obvious.

seems your bank stinks, is it a brick bank or some lame web only bank, not told by you why not tell that?
first off I can contest any transaction at my bank and at all top banks
so yours bank must be lame. (means useless to put big cash there, ever?)

why not log into your account and read the transaction codes and words like
    CHECK#
    ATM charges
    Debt
credit card A,B,C names and numbers.
direct account translations, like life insurance has.
also see Paypal transactions (and backups there)
    and streaming video charges vast)
gee the list is endless now, in the MODERN ONLINE WORLD.
if you see a transaction you do not understand go there best or call them and ask what that means this line item.

if you have recurring charges from other places, that is consent you gave legally.
learn to there not the bank and delete the account, fully ending all charges there.

    best is to chill out
then get the name of the entity charging this acount and the transactions codes from them
then go to THEM and tell that data and transaction code told by your bank.
now you will get your answers.

if it is paypal,. look there for recurring charges there, and turn them off.
I like PP as that gives me 2 ways to kill dead things I do not like
    or 3 ways really
    my bank (disputes)
PP (I can dispute and block things)
and the actual PP bill'er. (eg say a streaming video source, like vudo or the like kind) or amazon bills.

3ways I can be in control (love PP)

I am served in a bank, where I wrote to support - they helped me with my question and helped me return the money, you have a very strange bank. By the way, are you engaged in trading? Just if yes, maybe it was withdrawn money related to this? I also wanted to start studying, I even studied the top brokers on http://usforexbrokers.com/who-are-the-us-forex-brokers/ , but I'm still thinking.

You must first read your contract about what the bank is in charge of, what rights you have and what actions the bank can take without your permission, so that you can recover your money would be the first steps and if you need an accessor or broker to help you, you can enter Here , you ask for help on a bank's accessory and they will understand what to do or how to help you.

Can I get my reversed money from capitec on same day?

Reasons which results wrong transactions:
·Due to human (typing a wrong account number) or technical errors
·Human errors due to discrepancies in the account number, IFSC code or both
·Technical glitches at the bank's end can also cause the error
Time for quick action:

·Try to inform the bank and bank manager immediately after the wrong transaction
·Money will get back to your account automatically, if the account number you mentioned does not exists but in case the situation is opposite, you have to take immediate action
·You have to prove the bank in details that you transferred the money to a wrong beneficiary's account
·If the money is credited to the account of an unintended beneficiary with the same name as your intended beneficiary, then in that case you have to prove that the transfer itself was wrong before the bank can help. But it's not that easy
·Try to mail the matter in detail to the bank for the sake of better communication
·Bank can only act as a facilitator by providing you the contact number/branch name of the unintended beneficiary
·Try to follow up the situation regularly because at the end it's your hard-earned money
·In case the transfer intra-bank, the bank may approach the recipient on your behalf and request a reversal of transaction. If the beneficiary agrees, the transaction will be reversed within one working week
·If the beneficiary is of other bank and you transferred amount by mistake, then you have to go personally to that particular branch and meet the bank manager to get the solution done.
What if the wrong beneficiary refuses to give the money back?

·You cannot take the money back without the wrong beneficiary's consent. The beneficiary has to accept that the wrong transaction is made but it's not that easy
· In that case, contact your bank and update the matter clearly
·To keep a record of your complain; always try to mail the matter in details for better communication
·If he or she refuses to give your money back then you can do a legal case as well but the situation becomes more complicated if your bank and your beneficiary's banks are different, and/or are in different cities
·Taking legal route is time consuming which involves too many formalities which includes lawyer's fees etc
·If a beneficiary is okay giving your money back then it takes 8-10 working days to get your money back. Otherwise, you have to prove the transaction with the help of right statement, address and ID proof etc.
·No recovery is possible is the beneficiary contests the reversal and refuses approval
Rules to follow:

·According to the RBI guidelines, it is the responsibility of the depositor to provide the correct account number and IFSC code
·There is no rule that the banks will verify all the details
·Before transferring the money, always check twice or thrice the account number and the IFSC code
·It is always advisable to transfer a small amount of money. Like Rs.100, as a test to verify that the amount is transferred to the right beneficiary
·Try to double check the digits after typing and for online payment test transfer is the safest mode
·Try to complain immediately to the concern bank for wrong transaction and reply the bank as quick as possible. At the end it's your hard-earned money, so be cautious when you transfer the money.

How does paypal work? i dont know anything about it

It's just basically an on-line bank. You open an account with Paypal, then put some money in the account (via credit card or through setting up an automatic connection with your real bank which will deposit money for you). Now you have a Paypal account with money in it. When you want to pay for something, you go to your account, put in the Paypal account of the recipient (usually their e-mail address) and the amount. Your account is deducted by that amount. Similarly, if someone is sending you money, they will need your e-mail address. They will deposit money, and your account is credited accordingly. Paypal will send messages to both sender and recipient that the transaction went through. I hope that helps.
