(Not sure if this is an error code or 13 minutes remaining on cycle) Turned it off and on using turn knob.
SOURCE: HTC Touch screen not responding!
This is a common problem with many touch screen phones. There are about three reasons this can happen that I know of:
1. Hardware issue. Needs to go in for repair. Hopefully under warranty still.
2. Needs to be re-flashed with the OEM ROM. This is not likely, since you've already Hard Reset, but worth a try.
3. The EASIEST and FIRST thing to check is to run a 'business card' around the edge of the screen between the case and screen. Dirt or other objects can easily get wedged into that area and hold the screen pressed down. This would prevent a press from any other area of the screen. Also, a screen protector that has shifted might cause this. Hopefully this is it, as it's a simple fix!
Good luck!

E4 Error on other machines (eg. Baumatic) means that the bottom catch tray (condensate trap) below the machine has too much water in it. This condensate is supposed to evaporate away, but too much will mean it builds up over a period of time. There is a float that trips a microswitch in my Baumatic which detects this, it only needs 2 - 3mm of water before the microswitch is activated.
If this is the problem with your machine (try it annd see), there are several solutions posted in forums - best seems to be to remove plastic access hole caps from base and mop out the tray with sponge. TURN OFF AT MAINS BEFORE POKING AROUND INSIDE THE BASE. May have to repeat at regular intervals to.
What causes it ? - I think it is excess condensate from steam inside the wash cabinet, follow the manufacturers advice to open the door as soon as the wash cycle has ended to release as much steam as possible to stop it condensing inside the machine.
Peramnent solution ? - I don't think possible - My guess is it's just a bad design.

sounds like a bad solder connection on the heater relay of your control unit. more than likely you will need a new control unit. part number 266746
SOURCE: touch pad doesn't work
ut the tech sheet did mention that intermittent F7 problems are usually caused by poor connections. So I pulled the ribbon connector off the control board and cleaned the copper connectors using a pink pencil eraser. That whupped that puppy! But then I went out on another service call, same oven, different house. The pink pencil eraser trick didn't work on this one so I had to apply some of that famous Samurai gray matter. To identify the problem on this one, I cut power to the range and disconnected the ribbon connector that connected the touch pad to the electronic range control (ERC) board. Then I re-applied power and let it sit that way for 24 hours after which the customer was instructed to call me and report on the error code status of the oven. If no error code was reported, I knew the touch pad was the problem. If, on the other hand, the F7 error code came back, then I knew the (ERC) was the culprit. In this case, the error code did not come back during the test period and, using my keen, Vulcan-like powers of deduction, concluded that the touch pad was defective. I replaced the touch pad and problem solved!

Most likely the RPS sensor or the control board. Originally they had trouble with the RPS sensors.
