their are 7 recalls on the 07 none are for an electrical problem with lighting system http://www.pontiacproblems.com/recalls/G5/2007 and the following tsb from march 2010 is for flickering lights

just had the same problem with my husy 357xp all i done was push the kog back onto the handle and pull the handle back to release the brke and fit cover back on with no other problems. If this does not work a pair of pliers or grips and turn the kog by hand this is very hard but can be done hope this helps
