Does a Samsung washing machine model WA12VP have a drain pump? It has a drain motor to activate the draining valve for draining right? Thank you.

Yes, the Samsung washing machine model WA12VP has a drain pump. The drain pump is responsible for pumping water out of the washing machine during the draining stage of the wash cycle.
It is possible that the issue you are experiencing is related to the drain valve rather than the drain pump. The drain valve is what opens to allow the water to flow out of the machine, and if it is not opening properly, the water will not drain.
To troubleshoot the issue, you can try manually opening the drain valve to see if water flows out of the machine. If it does not, then the issue is likely with the drain valve and it may need to be replaced.
If the drain valve is working properly, then you may need to check the wiring and control board for issues that may be preventing the drain pump from activating during the draining stage.

My Samsung washing machine is stuck at the rinsing cycle, it does not drain. Can the water level faulty pressure sensor cause it?

Yes, a faulty water level pressure sensor can cause a washing machine to get stuck at the rinsing cycle and not drain. The water level pressure sensor is responsible for detecting the water level in the washing machine tub and signaling the control board to activate the drain pump to remove the water. If the pressure sensor is faulty and cannot detect the water level, it may not signal the control board to activate the drain pump, causing the washing machine to get stuck in the rinsing cycle.
To troubleshoot this issue, you can try the following steps:
  1. Turn off the washing machine and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Locate the water level pressure sensor, which is typically located on the side of the washing machine tub.
  3. Check the wiring and connections to make sure they are secure and not damaged.
  4. Use a multimeter to test the continuity of the water level pressure sensor. If the sensor is faulty, it will need to be replaced.
  5. If the sensor appears to be working properly, check the drain pump and hoses for clogs or obstructions.
  6. Reconnect the washing machine and run a cycle to see if the issue has been resolved.
If you are unsure about performing any of these steps or if the issue persists, it is recommended to contact a qualified technician for assistance.

Super general washing machine continue pump running and show e12

The error code E12 on a Super General washing machine indicates a drainage issue. This could be caused by a few different things:
  1. Clogged drain hose: The drain hose that carries the water from the washing machine to the drain may be clogged. Check the drain hose to make sure that it is not blocked by debris.
  2. Drain pump: The drain pump is responsible for pumping the water out of the washing machine. If the pump is clogged or damaged, it will not be able to pump the water out and the machine will display an E12 error.
  3. Drain filter: The drain filter is located in the drain pump and is responsible for trapping debris that may clog the drain hose. Check the drain filter to make sure it's not clogged.
  4. Control board: The control board manages the washing machine's functions and if it's faulty it can cause the drain pump to run continuously and display the E12 error.
It's recommended to first check the drain hose, drain pump, and drain filter to see if they are the cause of the issue. If these are all clear, the problem may be with the control board, which will require professional repair. Please be careful when checking the drain pump and filter, as the water may be hot if the machine is in the middle of a cycle.

My IPX4 Samsung washing machine can wash, spin but is failing to drain? Can I fix it at home?

There are a few potential causes for this issue:
  1. Clogged drain hose or pump: The drain hose or pump may be clogged with debris, preventing water from draining out of the machine. You can unclog the hose or pump by removing any waste or debris and running a cycle with hot water.
  2. Drain filter clogged: The drain filter may be clogged with debris, preventing water from draining out of the machine. The filter location is at the bottom of the device and needs regular cleaning.
  3. Faulty drain pump: The drain pump may malfunction and not work correctly, preventing water from draining out of the machine.
  4. Control board issue: There may be a problem with the control board that manages the machine's functions. If it is faulty, the machine may not drain correctly.
  5. Other issues: There may be other issues, such as a problem with the pressure switch or a blockage in the drain pipe.
Some of these issues can be fixed by the homeowner, but others may require the help of a professional technician.

I Maytag centennial it finish it cycle but it still sounds like the water is draining

If your Maytag Centennial washing machine is making a sound like it's draining water even though there's no water in the tub, it could be an issue with the drain pump. The drain pump is responsible for removing water from the machine during the spin cycle.
Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Unplug the washing machine and remove any remaining water from the tub manually.
  2. Check the drain hose for any kinks or blockages. If you find any, clear them out.
  3. Remove the drain pump from the washing machine and check for any clogs or damage. If you find any, clean or replace the pump as needed.
  4. Reinstall the drain pump and run the washing machine to see if the issue has been resolved.
If these steps do not solve the problem, it may be necessary to call a professional repair technician to diagnose and fix the issue.

Smart Drive machine on starting, water runs straight through into drain, thus not filling up

Most likely the water coming into the washer through the Water Inlet Valve could be siphoned out to the drain pump and out the drain hose because of an issue with the pump or plumbing. Is your washer overfilling? Is the washer detecting an overheat error? Observe carefully as to what part of the washing cycle the water is draining out. By watching the washer as it goes through its wash cycle, you can find out which part or error is causing the Washing Machine To Not Fill With Water and Keep Draining issue.

How would I drain remaining water from washing machine?

Washer will not drain:

Thedrain water pumpis the main part in your washing machine that pumps out the water. If this is defective or has failed in any way, this will be the reason why your washer will not drain the water. Before you order a new drain pump, make sure tocheck the pump to be sure a small object like clothing or similar has not lodged itself insideof it causing the NO DRAIN issue and even a no spin issue?. If the drain pump is not clogged, you can test it with a multimeter and remove and replace if needed. Go to Google or YouTube and search for "Replace Washing Machine Drain Pump" then type your brand and model number of washer to show you details on replacement.

The washing machinedrain hoseis where the water flows through to get the water out.If this drain hose is blocked, kinked, bent, or clogged, the washer will NOT be able to remove the waterfrom the tub. Check the drain hose to be sure it allows the water to flow freely. You can take the drain hose off and run water through it in your sink to be sure it is not blocked. If there is water STILL in the washer when you remove the drain hose, grab a bucket as the water will exit from where you disconnected it
Thewater pump belt(to drain out the water) may have broke or become frayed or loose. If this belt breaks then it is unable to drain and remove the water from your washer. Inspect the belt to see if this is causing theNO DRAINissue and remove and replace if needed.

If thelid switchis not working as required it will cause your washer to not drain (and many other problems). This may be unlikely as a bad lid switch will usually cause your washer to alsonot agitate or spin. However on some models this can vary. The best thing to do if you have a suspected bad lid switch is to test it. It can fail electrically and or mechanically. If mechanical failure is the issue, you should be able to see if it is cracked, broken, or not in place to make contact with the lid. To test it electrically, use a multimeter set on Ohms and test it for continuityMy advice is free cuz God is good!

E5 error on Onida washing machine Need solution

5E. This means the washing machine has a "water drain error". It's basically timed out on empty, it's tried draining out the water for 10 minutes and the water level still hasn't fallen below a specified level (or at least it thinks it hasn't). This error should be reset by pressing the Start/Pause button though if there is a fault it will need fixing or the error will just return.
A washing machine not emptying the water can have various causes as can a washing machine thinking it hasn't drained the water because it's possible that the signal telling the machine that the water has gone can sometimes not be triggered if a fault in the pressure system prevents it.
To troubleshoot this problem the first thing to check is the pump filter, which could be blocked. I have extensive advice on diagnosing pump faults here Washing machine won't drain water (stuck full of water) ' Faults on pressure system

Wont drain water

HI, check the following to address this issue.

1. Clogged drain line or water pump
Check to see if there's something stuck inside the pump or the drain hose connected to the pump (pump is usually located at the bottom and towards the back of the washing machine).

2. Water Pump
If the drain line isn't clogged, you may have a problem with the water pump such as a frozen pulley or a broken impeller. If that's the case replace the water pump. Note: if you have a belt driven washer, check the belt(s) for cracks, as this would be a perfect time to replace the belt(s) if needed.

**The most common issue will be an obstructed hose or, line
