Will be fine as long as voltage rating on new capacitor is equal to or greater than the old one.

Should work fine. This is only 10% difference and manufacturing tolerance is typically 20% for this kind of component.

SOURCE: Ceiling fan wiring Aloha ceiling Fan Model # 29079

I have an Aloha Breeze L-Style 52" Ceiling Fan(Polished Brass), Model # 29079 Bought From Wal-Mart about 1 1/2 years ago and the fan speed switch busted and the capacitor melted. I have a new switch but can't find a new capacitor because I can't read the spec info. Looking for a place to obtain the correct capacitor for this fan so I can make necessary repairs!

White is the common, or neutral. There should be a white wire to connect it to.

Is there any polarity on a2 wire 2uF 450v fan running capacitor

No polarity. It's AC, not DC. The capacitor is a "non-polar" type.

HOMS Evaporative Air Cooler HW:777 Slow / Not Rotating Motor, What Could Be The Problem?

capacitor for run motor has gone most likely. on the motor you will find a black box with ether 2 black wires or one black and other white with something like cbb61 ac450. that has probably gone. they in most 2 phase motors and 3 phase motors like ceiling fans. dont cost a lot to replace just make sure it is the right uf rating can be 1 uf up but not down. so say yours is 1uf and you fing a 2uf it would be fine but a 4uf will make the motor slower.

I have a hampton bay ceiling fan which will only run on the fast speed. I have changed switches but still only the fast speed. I have touched each wire to the load wire to see if it was the swith but no...

Hello Brother,
Installation:
Hang your ceiling fan on the Quick Connect fan bracket and wire the ceiling fan according to the manufacturer's instructions. The three wires coming from your ceiling should match the three wires coming from your ceiling fan: black (positive or hot), white (neutral or negative) and green (ground wire).

Use the high, medium and low keys on the remote to adjust the Hampton Bay fan speed, then use the light key to dim the light and the off key to turn off the fan.

For REMOTE CONTROL FANS you cannot use with any variable speed or slide wall switches. The remote control function must be used with on & off switch outlets only.

Ceiling fan stopped turning

Usually the capacitor has burned out, and needs to be replaced.
Try going online looking at the manufacturers site and inquiring.
