You've got it on Time Lapse video. Turn on, slide to video, press func. set button, toggle to standard instead of time lapse. Maybe next time try your owners manual. Of course you all are probably like my mom and just get a new camera, put in the batteries and start taking pictures. These stupid expensive cameras have too many options and get messed up too easily with the wrong press of the button. Try a simple cheap on next time.

There are two ways of doing this:
I would recommend the second method since it reduces the wear and tear on your camera and allows you to access the photos easier through Windows Explorer or Finder (MacOS).
