Using ismacs.net Singer serial number lookup data, http://ismacs.net/singer_sewing_machine_company/serial-numbers/singer-g-series-serial-numbers.html , I found that the machine is a model 66 assigned a serial number in 1919. You'll have to contact Singer to get a replacement instruction manual. They cost around $10.
