Apparently AMT is no longer in business. There may be a similar Craftsman model in case a manual can be located for it, but link below suggests they did not locate manuals.
A Craftsman shaper from the 1970's manual for sale:
Since you are sure it is part A6 which is missing, that makes me think you have the assembly instructions. If so, look through the instructions to determine if there is a statement about any missing parts and how to obtain those parts.
All the self-assembly furniture I have purchased have included information in the instructions regarding obtaining missing parts.
If so, make a call to the telephone number provided at the end of the description and ask how to obtain the needed part. This is the Contact Us page link for 2K Furniture Designs, the manufacturer of Kings Brand furniture:
Hello, AMT is defunked, no more, all gone, left in the night, can't see them. no good bye. Don't worry, ATN Inc bought their stuff, just different name now. Sorry, i don't think you can find any material about the AMT NightStorm NV. Try contacting ATN Inc. in CA. ATN does make NightStorm monoculars. GB....stewbison
Hi Robert, I think I can help. I recently found this site with a lot of information about star wars model kit.
Go to this link about the AMT Millenium Falcon Cut-away version http://www.starwarsmodels.com/mfca.html
There is a download link to the right which contains the original instructions. Even if you don't have the cut-away version I'm sure this will help!
usually gps are automatically sensing the signal, with clear view without and sometime even with minimal obstruction like trees windows etc. there is no other way your gps could not acquire signal unles it is having a problem .
all gps thesedays have 10-20 meter accuracy, it is only a receiver, this model particularly have the highest signal.
in other words i suggest you reset your unit from the bottom and see if there is any improvement, replace the unit
Ok take off the windshield wiper arms, then remove the plastic piece under the wipers below the windshield, there is a tray under there and some drain holes, you may have to remove some more plastic pieces once you remove the one below the windshield (some models are slightly different) clear out all the tree leaves and pine needles and such from the tray there are drain holes in the enter, and on each end push a long flexable rod down carefully or compressed air really works the best this is you problem it needs to be done every few years or more often if you park under trees.
