LG 47 inch tv turns on Leds flash and go out. What's wrong?

Model LG 47LN5400 UA. I am wondering if it is a powerboard issue or LED strips?

SOURCE: have a LG 47 inch tv. 47ln5750. When I power on the LG appears on screen then shuts off. took off the back cover and when I powered on I could see the LEDs flash. problem be led board? Or Led strips?

Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. as long as they from the same screen number as the fittings can be a different shape. some are 2 line some are 4 line but only work on 2 or 3 as dim and bright controlled by the picture inputs.

most likely the problem is if your lg tv is between 40 and 50 inches that the internal LEDS have gone bad typical with LG models you need to replace the LED light strips inside the panel and it is not easy to do unless your experienced with this take it to a shop or see the link below for more info LG 39 LED TV Model 39LN No Backlights Bad LEDs How To Replace LED Strips

My TV is a LG 47LN5700-UH I had a lightning strike near the house. Afterward TV would start but not boot completely. Now it won't start at all. Cable box also got fried at the same time.
The led driver AND the T-con board are bad. If you could see a picture with the flashlight then the T-con board would be good. It is not. The led driver can be on the main board or the power supply board. You can get these parts from here: TV Parts Universal TV Stands DLP Chips ShopJimmy

Can you tell if LED tv has bad LED strips before changing LED Board/Power Supply (as they're in one piece on a lot of TVs)?
This is not easy to diagnose, either use a meter on the power cable to the led or check the leds one at a time
