90% of ice maker problems are water related. Sounds like water may be continually seeping in from the inlet water valve (normal thing to do if the water level is low). This will not allow the water to get down to freezing temperature. You have to identify the reason that water is constantly running in. It's probably "leaking" out at the dump valve. Or does that unit have a float valve that may be leaking. Check your drain to see if water is leaking out during the freeze cycle.

When first turned on, the sump should fill with water. If it does, water solenoid is good. If you have a full sump, and no water pump running, sometimes the "Ice/Off/Wash" switch is bad. Put switch in wash, if pump runs, it's good. Now put in Ice position, if sump fills and pump does not come on and compressor indicates it is in the freeze cycle, replace that switch first. Simplest place to start and lest costly to fix.

check for a stuck float switch. located near the water pump. Usually white plastic with a tube on top and a black boot at the bottom. Tap on it lightly while unit is filling with water. If that works, you need to disasseble and clean.

HI this is just a test the icemaker runs when you first turn it on, its not suppose to fill up the tray, it will fill it when the icemaker reaches the correct temperature, if its not cold enough in the freezer it wont kick on, if its been sitting for several hours and still wont fill or make ice, you need a new icemaker. The new icemaker part # is WR30X10093

Hi Jeff, Had same problem. Turned out that the fill tube for the ice cube tray had filled with ice. I solved the problem by removing the tube from the back and letting warm water thaw the ice. Reinstalled and it works fine. You may also want to try a blow dryer while still in the freezer, but that may take some time. Good luck, Jim

You have a blockage in your drain tube, at the bottom of the metal tray there is a hole which is connected to a tube which runs down the back of your refridge to a pan next to the compressor. It is an easy fix have done this 1000's times. Remove back panel in freezer, grab a heat gun or hair dryer and melt the ice it the bottom of tray. Clean the water in the tray with some paper towel next get some hot water in a measuring jug and pour into the pan(hot water will help melt ice in tube) repeat this process a couple of times and then get a curtain wire or something flexible to push down the pipe to clean the blockage...you will know when the blockage is clear because the water in the pan will suddenly drain off....put cover back on...make sure to unplug appliance before servicing...hope this helps :)

lastly reclaim gas replace both driers recharge with fresh gas to spec( liquid by weight).
