When it have this kind of error is a problem of the powerboard.
Anyway you must open it and look at the all capacitors and if are them inflated, if them are inflated must change them.

But can be a problem with inverters... control the transistors - MOSFET on the powerboard.

It sounds like the circuit board has a bad blower control relay which kicks on intermittenly. If the blower off button is pushed, the blower shuts off, right? Sometimes the problem is in the blower itself, but very rare. The spa should be on a dedicated circuit as stated in the installation manual, no with the pool.

Plasma, ha, ha. It is a normal high tension generator who is burned out. Plasma is something very different, f.i. a special gas, under high pressure between 2 very thick glasplates. Such a screen weight kilo's! The T705 is a normal LCD screen with 2 backlights each with his own generator.

I had same problem. No Power at the monitor. what can I do?

I DID REPAIR A MONITOR WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. IT TURNED OUT, THAT ONE OF THE TWO HIGH TENSION GENERATORS FOR THE 2 LIGHTTUBES WAS BURNED OUT. BY REPLACING THE POWER TRANSISTORS AND THE 3 AMP. FUSE ON THE MAINBOARD THE MONITOR IS RUNNING AGAIN VERY WELL.
