I have found reference on web pages to more than one garden swing with the name "Bali." I don't know if you mean "Bali" as a brand name or if it is just part of the descriptive name of the garden swing or if the swing was originally made in Bali. I also have no idea if your garden swing is wood or metal.

I have found some instructions online for garden swings. Perhaps one or more of the instructions will demonstrate how to assemble your garden swing.

I have never heard of a dis-assembly instruction sheet, however, when you buy one, there is an assembly sheet, if it is not assembled already.
A mechanic-type person should be able to figure this out for you.

could be a small bit of dirt on the inside of the volume switch,
try spraying w.d40. then just keeping turning it up and down to see if it clears it.if it crackles as you turn it up or down then its just a bit of dust on the switch.

Take it back they will replace it for you for up to 2 years.

If you look there is a whole in the mobile that the screw driver will go in and take the screw out

If you notify sway and soothe bassinet's makers first years, it should have a set of instructions on line to print out..if not call them/email them and get them to send you some. Good luck!
