Generally speaking they were in business from 1919 through 1979. Good luck on finding out much beyond that. They were successful enough to have been in production for 60 years.
Take a look at the Blue Book of Gun Values at a nearby gun shop. Someone there will be able to help you. I can tell you they made a ton of these shotguns over the years, and it is not likely to hold any collector value. This is a good field gun for hunting.
