I'm sure you probably did, but just to be sure, did you try a differnt HDMI cable? I have had a number of them fail. Bummer if they have gone out. I have a Sony like that, but just a little older that I am about to replace with a smart TV
Replace tuner board. The Capacitors on the boards get old and worn out from heating up and cooling down.

Installing a new software update will this issue. All you need is a compatible USB flash drive. Go to support on Sony.com. Look up your tv model and if there is an update, just follow the instructions to install it yourself. I have a KDL-46S5100 and this worked great. The download and instructions page I used was : http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/swu-download.pl?upd_id=4769#install

There is a problem with the processor. The only way to resolve this issue is to replace the main board. It is called the A board in your TV.

I have a Sony Bravia model KDL-46s5100 that had the same problem. All HDMI ports stopped working. I don't know why this works but unplug the TV for about 30 sec, then plug it back in and hold down the power button on the tv for 10 seconds. Like I said I don't know why this works but it worked for me. Good luck.
