SOURCE: the Pandigital LCD Photo Frame's "frame extender" won't extend

Just pull it.... straight down. Too much torque may break it.

SOURCE: Pandigital Photo Frame - Slideshow leaves out Photos?

Size limit depends on exact model. Anything over 4GB will almost certainly not work consistently with any. model 1GB or less should work with any model. None of the images should be stored in folders, and all should be jpeg format (.jpg). If any of them have been edited, they may be saved as Progressive jpeg or something similar even if the extension (.jpg) remains the same. If you resave the missing photos in as JPEG in MS Paint, it should ensure they are compatible. You may have to format the memory card and re-add the photos to make sure it will work,

The new card is not compatible with your photo frame. Only thing you can do is to make sure that what you use is compatible. Your manual or website will tell you the largest memory card you can use.

I received a 7" pandigital

If the photo frame has a slot for an SD card, you can drag and drop the images you want to the card and then insert it into the frame. Connecting the card to the computer can be accomplished by using a card reader or, if the computer has a built-in SD slot, just insert the card.
